We recognise that making the decision to move into teaching can sometimes be a daunting one.
To help you make the best and most informed choice possible, we want you to know that we are here to help - every step of the way. We hold recruitment events throughout the year and have a strong presence at local careers fairs. We also offer one-to-one online chats and we actively encourage people to come and meet us, to talk about eligibility, finances, SKEs and much much more.
Here are some of the ways you could able meet us this term:
Mid Essex ITT recruitment events:
- Tuesday 29th September from 4:30pm until 6pm. This event will be in-person.
- Friday 2nd October from 10:30am until 12pm. This event will be in-person.

The first round of interview dates for the 2027/28 cohort have been set as follows:
- Friday 9th October
- Tuesday 20th October
- Wednesday 4th November
- Friday 20th November
- Monday 30th November
Save the date! Our Induction for next year's cohort takes place over two days on Monday 5th and Tuesday 6th July 2027.
