James Macallan
James studied Biochemistry at Nottingham University and graduated in 2009, after spending some time researching Malaria he undertook teacher training in 2011. James has experience working in Essex and East London with various leadership roles in Science, including as an Associate Assistant Headteacher. He is currently the Assistant Headteacher for the Quality of Education at Moulsham High School.
James has mentored various ITTs and ECTs over the years and takes great pleasure in seeing the growth of new teachers as well as finding out about their innovative approaches to teaching and learning.
